It would be beneficial if the program could be restarted if an infinite or long running expression is evaluated. Currently the repl does not respond to kill commands because it is busy eval'ing.

we rebound restart so ctrl+c retains its original functionality of interrupting the repl. now, when reloading or killing the repl, an interrupt command is injected first, to stop the current evaluation and then the exit command. handled in commit 28ee90aeea.
